I thought I would share the recipe with you. You can make this recipe with my gluten free tortilla recipe, or any gluten free tortilla. My tortilla recipe is low in sodium. This is a nice healthy snack!

Ingredients
Gluten Free tortillas
Smoked Paprika
Chili Powder
Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
1. Spray one side of each tortilla with olive oil or cooking spray, or you can rub olive oil on them with your fingers; and sprinkle tops with seasonings.
2. Stack them on top of each other. (This will coat the other side, except for the bottom one.)
3. Cut them into eighths.
4. Place them on a cookie sheet.
5. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 5 – 7 minutes. They become slightly crispier when cooled. I like to leave them in longer if I am going to make nachos because if you melt the cheese in the microwave they become softer.
Suggestions
Top with any of the following:
Cheese
Sour cream
Greek yogart
Peppers
Roasted tomatoes
Roasted bell peppers
Guacamole
Diced tomatoes
Note: Packaged tortillas are high in sodium
