“Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison” First USDA Organic Weight Loss Products

On the Wednesday, February 24, 2010 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Kirstie Alley announced her new product line, “Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison®”.  She mentioned on Oprah that her products contain Stevia, which some of you may already know, is a natural sugar substitute, not full of chemicals like the ones you find in most restaurants.

On her new website she has a video which explains exactly what her new Rescue Me® weight loss elixir contains and does for you in promoting weight loss.  Her product line contain other organic supplements to aid in weight loss and health.  She worked with the greatest scientific minds on the planet.  All products are certified organic.  She states that it helps the two largest roadblocks of dieting: hunger and cravings, especially sugar and fat cravings.  It does so by nourishing the body with ingredients rich in minerals, fibers, prebiotics, antioxidants, etc.  It also helps the body relax which promotes a good night’s sleep which is scientifically proven to aid weight loss.

Membership and Kit

Beside the products that Kirstie sells her program includes an organic lifestyle.  A membership which costs $10 a month, or $89 per year, provides access to a database where you can locate organic products in markets, stores and restaurants in your neighborhood; a calorie counter; and a menu planner.  The program includes calorie counting, supplements and suggests exercise.  Her Rescue Me Kit costs $139 and includes:

Rescue Me® Weight Loss Elixir – organic weight loss product

Release Me® – bone health, balances acidic values in the body, and more

Nightingale® – helps you relax, sleep at night and more

Relieve Me® – a natural cleanser

Pagoda® – specialty green tea

Testimonials

To my surprise, when viewing the testimonials the first person in the video is someone who I used to work with that I haven’t seen in a couple of years.  I really believe her when she says that it works!

Another person states that Rescue Me tastes like fresh fruit.  Almost everyone states that it gives them energy.

Her products are all natural, organic and healthy.  You can’t go wrong!  Kirstie’s website explains it all in detail.  Check it out: Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liason.

You can follow Kirstie’s weight loss journey on her new reality show, “Kirstie Alley’s Big Life” on A&E, premiering March 21, 2010.  Watch a preview of her show: Kirstie Alley’s Big Life Sneak Preview.

I wrote to The Organic Liaison Team to ask them what the products tasted like and if they were gluten free. Here’s their response:

    Dear Carla,

Thank you for your recent blog post! Yes, our products are gluten free and you can choose a gluten free menu plan for your program. We’re proud to say that after literally hundreds of taste tests done by Kirstie personally, Rescue Me tastes fabulous and the most common response is, “I love it”! We are giving taste tests in various women’s and fitness expos around the country.

Organic doesn’t automatically mean healthy. A product doesn’t have to be 100% organic to be certified as such, and the USDA allows plenty of unhealthy things. If it was really that healthy, they would flaunt their full ingredients list, but they don’t, which is a red flag. I’m not making any claims as to whether or not this is true, but I’ve heard that the main product contains a form of ephedra.

There is NO Ephedrine in Organic Liaison products.

Rescue Me (USDA approved organic) and all other products, do NOT contain Ephedra or any derivative of it.
