These look yummy. I used to make brown rice tortillas somewhat similar to these. I can no longer eat grains and starches so now I make them with almond flour which are also yummy. thanks so much!

I now make the entire flour batch at once. The oil and water amounts are listed below:
1 3/8 cup water
3/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
It took much shorter on each time to cook them this time, about 30 – 40 seconds on each side.
