And here's another quote from http://msrecoverydiet.com/faq

"16. After reading the book [MS Recovery Diet}, following the diet can seem pretty overwhelming. The first impulse is often to simplify things, which can be counterproductive. The first common mistake is to eat the same things for each meal every day. Over exposure to the same foods, especially if your digestive system is still compromised, can result in more food sensitivities. If you read about leaky gut in the book, you'll understand why. Rotation is always a good idea. Along with that, keeping the serving size moderate also reduces your chance of over exposure to one food or another."

Craig,

I stopped using my Slingbox when we upgraded to a new Dish Network box. I was told they could provide me with a Slingbox type of Dish box, but that I would no longer be able to view my DVR recordings on a second television. I wasn't willing to give that up or pay for an additional box, as we already have 2 (1 DVR and the other none). However, you just upload the software to your computer, configure the settings (this can take some time, and possibly a support call for help), and you the software has a remote with the same buttons as your Dish remote (or whatever remote you have). You use your mouse to work it. You can either watch it on your computer or your TV when you're at home. Hope this helps.

Erin,

Not every stevia is the same. There is pure stevia and there are blends. Stevia is used in less quantities than xylitol. Xylitol is used cup for cup to replace sugar. When I use stevia I use the Stevita brand. I use just one to a few pinches in recipes. Note that when you use it for baking, it tends to become bitter after a half to one day. Stevia sweetened baked goods are best consumed immediately.
