Hi Gene,

I do not know why not. A boxed recipe is nothing more than ingredients you would add to your bread machine anyway. Good luck! I haven't tried any of the gluten-free bread machines yet. I am really sold on the old fashion way, just because my standard machine is a nightmare to bake gluten-free bread. It takes more time mixing by hand than it would if you used a mixer and added the mix to a loaf pan and baked it in the oven.

Hello Carla.

I was having a debate with some friends at work about your topic on eating too much of one vegetable could create an allergy. One friend firmly believes this is true, the other says it's nonsense. Do you have any medical qualifications that can contribute to your statement about developing allergies.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hi Connie!

I use http://www.nutsonline.com to purchase most of my nuts and seeds. You'll have to check with them directly to ensure no cross-contamination, though. I am not Celiac, but know another person in the gluten-free industry that purchases from them and she does have Celiac Disease.

I hope this helps!
